A Profitable Campaign

I think I’m finally getting the hang of affiliate marketing.  I finally found a niche that’s working for me.

I’m currently promoting an offer on Facebook and Adwords.  My Facebook campaign is currently doing very well, converting at 6%.  In other words, for every 100 clicks that campaign gets, I’m making about $116 profit.  Right now I’m working on optimizing that campaign so that I get more than a few dozen clicks per day, and I’m also tweaking the geographic targeting to see if other countries will perform similarly.

As for Adwords, the campaign is only converting around 2.5%.  That campaign is just barely profitable, although I’ve tweaked the settings to eliminate a lot of the junk clicks I was receiving earlier in the campaign.  I’ve also improved my quality score to the point that I’ve cut advertising costs nearly in half.  Finally, I’m expanding that campaign to target another country to see which preforms better.

All in all, I’ve gone from red to black in under a week, and if all of my campaigns continue to grow at the rate they have been, I’ll be matching my offline income by sometime mid-July.  Did I mention this is mostly on auto-pilot?  Hopefully, this will relieve some of the financial stress I’ve been under.
