Oh Man
Talk about getting swamped. I wrote a guest post for a really big blog a couple weeks ago, not really expecting it to get published, and it got published last night. Suddenly my inbox is full of article comments and review requests, including one from a guy who created a popular site called RSSHugger. If you’ve never heard of RSSHugger, it’s a site that was sold for $13,000 about a month after it was created (personally I didn’t think it was all that great, but what do I know).
My other blog is finally getting the traffic infusion it needs, but now the pressure’s on. I’m going to have to be sarcastic and witty every day now (oh no). I’m not sure if now is the best time for all of this, but I’m not one to question opportunity. Truth be told, I’m getting a little burned out when it comes to writing. I created my other site back in early November, and I haven’t missed a single daily update. Being creative every day is hard work. Oh well, maybe this sudden exposure will give me some much-needed inspiration to keep going.
