This entry is for the $1,000 Giveaway at The Marketing Technology Blog. I could really use $1,000, and I get an entry for each post, so this could very well be the easiest $1,000 ever.
A Pound a Day Diet. A diet designed to help you lose a pound a day. Really, that would be pretty bad for me. I’m trying to gain weight, as I’m skinny enough as it is. There are a lot of fat people around campus though, maybe they should take a look. I could rant all day about how America needs to lose weight, but it wouldn’t really change anything. Maybe the pound a day diet will work for you.
You could also try the Alex diet: Stop eating cookies, stop drinking sodas, and walk to class. If class isn’t far away, walk 1 or 2 miles a day. It’s not easy, it’s not a fad diet, but it makes sense.

Well, in the A Pound A Day book there is an exercise schedule so that might help you if you want to build muscle – but it’s more focused on burning calories…
The Alex diet sounds good
It might work for some people – while others need more detailed guidance.
